Refund policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned within 14 days of your notice. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds under this statutory right will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

This right does not apply to custom-made products, personalised products, made-to-order items, used products, or sealed goods not suitable for return once opened.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

You may choose a replacement or a refund in store credit.

We reserve the right to verify defects before issuing a remedy.

Return Authorisation

All returns require prior written approval.

Returns sent without authorisation may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Customers must use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for unauthorised returns or lost return shipments.

Standard Returns Outside EU Cooling Off

For returns not covered by EU statutory withdrawal rights, approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit is issued after inspection. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be reversed once issued.

Return Conditions

To qualify for return, the item must be unused, in original condition, include original packaging, and a return request must be submitted within 14 days.

We reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee where permitted by law if returned items show handling beyond normal inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind outside EU withdrawal rights, used products, custom or made-to-order items, sale items, or late return requests.

Pre Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund until shipment.

Once shipped, standard return terms apply.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept delivery and the package is returned to us, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and handling fees from any refund or credit issued.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Delays

Production and supply timelines are estimates.

Minor delays do not constitute breach of contract.

If cancellation is requested before shipment due to a delay, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Courier delays and customs inspections are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks and Double Compensation

If store credit has been issued in accordance with this policy, the customer is not entitled to an additional refund to the original payment method.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving valid store credit or refund constitutes duplicate compensation.

We reserve the right to provide full documentation to payment networks and financial institutions to prevent double recovery.
