Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in France.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Products

Do your stands come with chargers?
It depends. Customers can choose to purchase our stands with or without the MagSafe charger.

Are your products color-matched to Apple devices?
Yes, our aluminum products are finished to closely match Apple’s silver and space gray colorways.

Do you offer custom engraving or modifications?
Not by default, but for larger orders, this can be arranged. Please get in touch at hello@bioniclabs.org.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Bionic products come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
